"We initiated a site management program in late 2005 with Rudolph/Libbe in our Findlay, Ohio facility. This program has streamlined our general contracting process from estimate through billing, saving both time and money. We are able to request bids, approve estimates, and approve invoices electronically, including out accounts payable department process. Our site manager is an extension of my engineering department, working hand-in-hand with our engineers and maintenance personnel, looking for ways to reduce total costs. We have utilized the skill set of the site manager to manage contractors for projects outside the scope of our agreement. These activities have saved thousands of dollars in excessive fees and charges that we otherwise would have to incur. We continue to be pleased without program and have extended our agreement after the initial three-year term. I would recommend this type of program to any major facility manager."

"My observations were that the guys on the job worked VERY well together and worked HARD. I observed them virtually running back to the lay down area for material. They were extremely efficient and as the job progressed away from the lay down area, the circuit time took longer to haul off the old materials and take back the new stuff, so they rarely only hauled material one way. They all had a job and knew what to do before they started each night's work. It was obvious they had planned everything down to the minute. It was what I would consider a very difficult, demanding job from all aspects, even in perfect conditions. The issues were all magnified because it was done at night in cold, wet, windy weather and not to mention, over the water!

The other thing that struck me was that they were always smiling and happy. It looked like they were enjoying the job and working together. They were extremely accommodating whenever I had to interrupt their progress to get a look at the main trusses once they were exposed. It was, in short, refreshing to see someone take pride in doing something the right way even though no one was around to see it happen. I would be remiss if I did not take the time to point out individual effort and integrity on the job when they had no reason to believe anyone was watching, either from their own company or the owner. I would love the opportunity to have these guys on all of my jobs. Please let the guys know that I was watching and appreciated what I saw."
